Here are some of the most recent projects to come out of my team. We are doing a lot more video work this year and it seems like it will continue based on upcoming projects that are scheduled.

I think these examples show how to integrate video content into digital ads to create true experiences. These projects also show how to take flat brands/assets and really make them come to life to tell the brand's story.

In the work reel on the right, you can see a sampling of the work completed in 2011. You can also see our new logo and branding as The Studio at Condé Nast.

A very busy year for my team. We produced over 300 sold projects and over a 100 pitch comps on top of that. The work featured below includes some deeper social integrations, including a customoized Tumblr blog for Samsung, a Facebook contest for Smart Water and a Flash ad that was embedded into a user's Facebook newsfeed once shared for Barney's.

I was promoted to Creative Director this year and had to grow the team to meet the demand for our services across Condé Nast. The biggest change was the addition of tablet advertising to the services we provided. We had to get trained on Adobe's latest tools and become familiar with Apple's iPad as the new home of our magazines. It required new ways of thinking about user engagment, understnding a tactile medium and the behaviors for consuming content.

I assumed full management control of the design team this year once my co-manager and friend Khanh Le left for another opportunity. It was a challenge, but I had a solid team that knew the work and I think respected my experience and direction. Having great people makes managing very easy.

I began to co-manage the design department this year with fellow Art Director Khanh Le. The work below covers project under my responsibility. As I look back know there were a lot of projects that had illustrations in them this year.
