SOLIDQUALITY

Ok…so it will take me another month or so for me to get my act together and finishing building out my site. For those who wish to see what I had previous on my it is still up and ‘surfable’. See it here.

I like my old site and served it purpose of getting me two jobs while it was up. My new site will hopefully me more than just a portfolio site. Hopefully a platform to get my ass in gear to really create some things. Unfortunately its not about a lack of ideas, but rather a lack of courage to actually create beautiful things.

So, I have been looking for a camera for a while. And I think I narrowed it down tot he Panasonic Lumix LX3. It is small yet offers very high quality features. It has a Leica lens. You can learn more about it here.

Unfortuanely the black model is sold out most places. I think i should just order it online. I may just see what this black friday/cyber monday will bring.

But I need to get it soon, cause my current camera kinda makes me not want to take photos of my new baby daughter. And she will kill me when she gets older cause I have no photos of her.

Ok, so I am redoing my site and if you are reading this then you probably already realized that fact. So, you will be greeted by this blog. I hope to write about things that come across my desk about the design industry and other concepts that intrigue me. I hope to update it often.

There will be two other sections, that i need to build out. ‘Work’ will contain my own personal art and craft work. And ‘Worker’ is my design portfolio. Eventually i will add some flash love to the header, but I think itis important for me to build out the structure first and get used to this blogging thing.

I guess I tried this before and it kinda fizzled out. But I need to promise myself to make this work.
