The luxury customer of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel has a discerning sensibility for the finer things in life, but also new ways to consume travel content. The magazine was delivered in-room and directly to reward members. This content also was published digitally on the Journey to the Ritz-Carlton site and promoted socially as well.
Lead the creative team through a transition of design teams and through the pitch process to retain the business. My goal was to always push the client to be more digitally minded and potential customization of content, while still maintaining high quality content.
