Situation: Jacquard rebranded to capitalize on the growing AI market, hiring a branding agency and building a small marketing team to support the effort.


Task: Act as embedded fractional Creative Director to guide the rebrand, lead the launch with content marketing, and establish operational systems for a self-sufficient marketing function.


Action: Provided strategic direction in weekly agency feedback cycles, implemented systems for launch activities and ongoing content, created supplemental marketing, event, and sales materials, and launched a C-suite video podcast along with a steady stream of thought leadership content.


Result: Delivered the rebrand on time and on budget to strong internal and market reception. The launch established a consistent publishing cadence, enhanced brand visibility, and strengthened Jacquard’s positioning in the AI space.
